Aiming at improvement and further development of national legal system of corporate management and introduction of international experience in the sphere of corporate relations, the bill (Reg. No. 2006) proposes to implement delegation of responsibility of the executive power of legal person to other organizations by the mean of special agreement.
Adoption of the bill will enable the right to use leading mechanisms of corporate management that are used in the international practice, in order to involve professional leaders for increasing effectiveness of management, improvement of organization of economic activity of legal persons.
